Q: I’m new / out of shape—will I fit in?
A: 100%. Sessions are coach-led and scaled to your level. No experience needed.
Q: How many times should I come during the trial?
A: 2–3 classes per week is perfect to learn movements and feel results.
Q: What’s a typical class like?
A: Warm-up → strength/skill (form-focused) → Accessories to bring up weak points → cool-down. Expect coaching every step. 1 hour long, at your own pace.
Q: Will this hurt my joints/back?
A: Our priority is quality movement. We scale around aches and build strength safely. If you have a clearance note, bring it. In fact over time this will strengthen your joints and bones.
Q: Do you offer personal training?
A: Yes—great for learning at your pace or working around an injury. Ask for a recommendation.
Q: What should I bring?
A: Athletic shoes, water, and a small towel. We provide everything else.
Q: How do I start?
A: Purchase the trial, then you’ll be emailed our short info questionnaire. You can also see times on our /schedule page.
Q: Do I need to book ahead?
A: Yes—classes have capacity. Booking secures your spot and helps coaches prep.
Q: Can I pause or extend the trial?
A: The trial runs for 14 consecutive days once you attend your first session. If you’re sick or there’s a genuine conflict, reach out—we’ll do our best to help.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Trials are non-refundable, but if something unexpected happens before your first visit, contact us and we’ll work with you.
Q: What happens after the trial?
A: We’ll recommend the best plan for your goals (adult or athlete). There’s no pressure—you choose what’s right.
Q: Do you have drop-ins or guest passes?
