Q: Who is the athlete trial for?
A: Middle and high school athletes from any sport (multi-sport welcome). College athletes home on break are welcome too.
Q: What will we do in the first session?
A: We will take you through our warm up which also acts as a movement screen to assess any weaknesses or areas for improvement. From there we jump straight into the workout and teaching the movements.
Q: How often should athletes come during the trial?
A: Aim for 2–3 sessions per week. Consistency beats marathon workouts.
Q: Will this make me faster? How soon will I see results?
A: You’ll feel cleaner mechanics and better confidence in 2 weeks. Measurable speed/strength gains typically show with 4–8 weeks of consistent training.
Q: Is it safe in-season?
A: Yes, Training is critical in-Season. We scale volume and plyos based on practice/game load so athletes arrive fresh on game day.
Q: Do I need lifting experience?
A: No. We coach every rep—proper hinge, squat, push/pull, and landing mechanics before adding load or speed.
Q: What ages do you accept?
A: Generally 12+ (or entering middle school). If younger and experienced, message us and we’ll advise.
Q: What should I bring?
A: Clean athletic shoes, water, and a positive attitude. We provide all training equipment.
Q: Will you track progress?
A: Yes—each athlete gets a tracking folder. We log key drills and share quick coach notes.
Q: Can I do private sessions too?
A: Absolutely. We offer 1:1 or small-group add-ons—just ask and we’ll recommend what fits your goals and season.
Q: Can parents watch?
A: Yes, space permitting. We just ask that coaching cues come from our staff so athletes can focus.

A: 2 weeks of unlimited coached sessions from your first booked class.

Q: Can I pause or extend the trial?
A: The trial runs for 14 consecutive days once you attend your first session. If you’re sick or there’s a genuine conflict, reach out—we’ll do our best to help.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Trials are non-refundable, but if something unexpected happens before your first visit, contact us and we’ll work with you.
Q: What happens after the trial?
A: We’ll recommend the best plan for your goals (adult or athlete). There’s no pressure—you choose what’s right.
