Q: I’m new / out of shape—will I fit in?
A: 100%. Sessions are coach-led and scaled to your level. No experience needed.

Q: What’s a typical class like?
A: Warm-up → strength/skill (form-focused) → Accessories to bring up weak points → cool-down. Expect coaching every step. 1 hour long, at your own pace.

Q: Will this hurt my joints/back?
A: Our priority is quality movement. We scale around aches and build strength safely. If you have a clearance note, bring it. In fact over time this will strengthen your joints and bones.

Q: What should I bring?
A: Athletic shoes, water, and a small towel. We provide everything else.

Q: How do I start?
A: Purchase the Starter Kit, then you’ll be emailed our short info questionnaire. You can also see times on our /schedule page. Nutrition guide will be emailed to you after the purchase.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Starter Kits are non-refundable, but if something unexpected happens before your first visit, contact us and we’ll work with you.

Q: What happens after the Starter Kit period?
A: We’ll recommend the best plan for your goals (adult or athlete). There’s no pressure—you choose what’s right.
