Do I need to be in shape to join?
No. This challenge is designed for all fitness levels, including beginners. All workouts are coached and scalable.
How often will I train each week?
You’ll choose one of two options when signing up:
2 days per week
3 days per week
Class times will be shared before the challenge begins.
What does the training look like?
Training includes:
Strength training
Conditioning
Core work
Mobility
All sessions are coach-led in a supportive, non-intimidating environment.
What is included in the nutrition plan?
You’ll receive a simple, structured 6-week diet plan designed to:
Support fat loss and muscle tone
Be realistic and sustainable
Avoid extreme restriction
This is not a crash diet or meal replacement program.
Do I have to follow the diet exactly to participate?
No — but following the plan closely will give you the best results. The challenge is about consistency, not perfection.
How are winners determined?
Winners are determined by percentage-based improvement, not just scale weight.
We use:
Bodyweight change (%)
Measurement changes (%)
This keeps the competition fair for everyone.
Are there cash prizes?
Yes. Cash prizes will be awarded based on performance and consistency.
Exact prize amounts will be announced at the start of the challenge.
When are weigh-ins and measurements done?
Initial measurements: Before the challenge begins
Final measurements: During the final week
Participants must complete both measurements to qualify for prizes.
What if I miss a workout?
We understand life happens. While consistency matters, occasional missed sessions won’t disqualify you. Make-up sessions are not guaranteed.
What happens after the 6 weeks are over?
You’ll have the option to:
Continue training at a discounted rate
Transition into our regular adult group training
Keep the momentum going with ongoing coaching
There is no obligation to continue.
Is this a contract or auto-renewing program?
No. The challenge is a one-time 6-week program. There is no auto-renewal.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Because spots are limited and planning is involved, refunds are not guaranteed once the challenge begins. Please reach out with questions before signing up.
