Sport Performance Training
Age-Appropriate Sport Training led by a certified strength & Conditioning Coach. Our program will teach exercise safely and help Increase Speed, Power, Agility and Strength to excel on the court and field.
Expert Coaching & Programming
Classes are coached by certified strength coaches with over 10 years of experience. programming is carefully planned with the goals of the client in mind.
Nutrition Advice
Proper nutrition will maximize the hard work you put out in the gym. We will help guide you to properly fuel your body to reach your goals.
Goal Setting
We will help you set goals that are both attainable and challenging. Along with our amazing gym community we will help hold you accountable as you strive for those goals.

THe Summer Membership lasts from June 2nd through August 22nd.
We have options for 3 days per week and 2 days per week.

My son and I are both training with Kyle at Build Performance. My son has been training with him much longer than I have and has seen awesome results. He is getting stronger and is amazed at how much he can do. He is seeing results in the sport that he plays in strength, agility and speed. Kyle Woods of Build Performance has made a huge difference in developing physical strength, agility and most importantly self-confidence for my 12-year-old son. He works so well with young athletes, teaching proper form and exercise techniques, while making it fun and interesting.
